FEDERAL SERVICES
The Federal Practices Group focuses on helping airports understand federal government policy (regulatory and statutory) that pertains to airports and to the transportation sector generally. This work will build on Jacobs Consultancy's work with existing and prospective clients by providing an understanding of current and future developments in capital funding, grant assurances, local control, privatization, security, and other federal issues. The Federal Practices Group also coordinates Jacobs Consultancy's development of opportunities in the federal market with agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration and others within the Department of Transportation, as well as the Transportation Security Administration and the agencies of the Department of Homeland Security.
