Tom Walsh has 15 years of experience in airport financial planning and analysis. He provides financial advice to airport operators and developers in the United States and around the world. In the United States, he has provided financial consulting services for a range of airports of all sizes. He has also served as project manager or financial analyst on financial feasibility studies in support of the issuance of more than $3 billion in airport revenue bonds. Tom has also worked extensively on the development and analysis of airline rates and charges methodologies.
