Trevor Carnahoff has enjoyed a 35-year career in the airport development business. For the majority of this period, he has occupied executive positions including partnership in an airport concession contract, management services provider, advisor in the design of private sector participation in airport projects, airport planning consultant, project manager and project engineer. He has acted as Project Director, Project Manager, or Team Leader on more than 20 airport planning, design, or development projects around the world.
He joined Jacobs Consultancy in 2008 to act as Team Leader on a 12 month assignment providing strategic consulting services to GMR Group, the majority partner in the concessions for Indira Gandhi International Airport Delhi, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Hyderabad, and the second Istanbul International Airport. He has provided a range of services to senior management including preparation of a revised master plan for RGIA Hyderabad, capacity assessments of all airport assets at both Delhi and Hyderabad, demand allocation to new terminal assets, development of an FBO for Business Aviation, and cargo and MRO facilities planning. He has also provided strategic advice to GMR Business Development, including financial feasibility, site selection, and preliminary airport layouts for a range of new airport opportunities in India and abroad.
Prior Experience: Mr. Carnahoff was the founding shareholder, President and CEO of NAPA Airport Development Consultants and its predecessor firm NORR Airport Planning Associates (NAPA) commencing in 1979 and continuing through to 1998. Prior to joining Jacobs Consultancy, he served as President and Director of PAXPORT Laguna Inc, partner in the CAISA consortium that was awarded the concession to develop and operate the Punta del Este International Airport in Uruguay.
