Peter Mackenzie-Williams has 28 years' experience in the aviation industry,
including 18 years in airport consulting. He specializes in airport economics,
including air traffic, revenue and expenditure forecasting, and he has become
recognised as a leading expert in the comparison of airport charging systems
and operational and financial performance. He has worked with airports, governments,
local governments and regulators throughout the world. He is developing the world-renowned Review
of Airport Charges and Airport Performance Indicators publications
which he produced at TRL prior to joining Jacobs Consultancy, the rights to which
have now been acquired by Jacobs Consultancy.

Prior Experience:
Peter's career started at the UK Civil Aviation Authority, where he worked
in the Economic Regulation Group, ultimately being responsible for monitoring
the financial health of a number of major British airlines. He entered
consultancy in 1989, and among many major projects he has given Evidence on air
traffic demand at most of the main planning Inquiries for UK airport developments
in the past 15 years, including Heathrow Terminal 5, Manchester Runway 2 and
Doncaster Sheffield Airport. |
