the airport and aerospace sectors in Canada and the United Kingdom. He has been
involved in many aspects of airport, aerospace, and military aviation development.
Neil has managed strategic business, marketing, and air service planning projects
for a diverse range of clients, including the operators of the airports serving
Edmonton, Kelowna, Ottawa, Sydney, and Saint Maarten, as well as a range of aviation
service companies. He has also advised extensively on aviation security, from
the policy to operational levels, in both passenger and air cargo security arenas
