Mark Johnson joined our environmental practice in 2005. He has particular expertise
in airport land use compatibility planning, aircraft noise analysis, airspace
analysis, environmental impact assessment, and benefit-cost analysis. Mark has
a reputation as a good communicator and is excellent in dealing with the public
and elected officials. Through the years, he has developed many creative ways
to present technical analyses to provide a clear understanding of the nature
of noise and other environmental effects related to airport projects.

Prior Experience:
Mark has been in the airport environmental consulting field since 1986. Prior
to entering consulting, he served as a city planner with municipalities in Oregon
and Iowa.
