management, facilities management, and business re-engineering and systems development
of airport lands and properties. More recently, Jean Claude managed the tendering

Prior Experience:
Jean Claude was Executive Director of the International Aviation Management
Training Institute, where he managed a large number of international contracts
for the redevelopment and modernization of airports and related management training
programs. . Subsequently, he designed, developed, and successfully implemented
a comprehensive automated and interactive management system, which integrated
the functions of project management, maintenance management, building renovations,
resource planning and reporting, and stores inventory controls and purchasing.
During his tenure with Transport Canada, Jean Claude developed strategies, standards,
and automated systems for the proper management of building facilities, civil
works, and heavy equipment at over 100 airports. He also developed a corporate
strategy for contracting out-of-airport services and various standard service
and maintenance contracts.
