Jim is a registered Professional Engineer and has more than 30 years of experience in airport ground transportation facilities planning, econometric analysis and computer systems development, integration and maintenance. This includes extensive experience designing, planning and conducting ground transportation facility surveys (data collection), as well as analyzing the data collected. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. During the last 10 years, Jim has managed and directed development, maintenance, and implementation of the Airport Maintenance Management System (AMMS) at Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport and Transport Canada Airports (Headquarters), as well as at more than 10 other airports in Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
