Chris Oswald specializes in the evaluation of airfield and airspace capacity, assessment of the operational benefits associated with airfield and airspace improvement projects, benefit-cost analyses of airport improvement projects, airfield simulation, airfield facility planning, and airspace obstruction analyses. He led successful airfield capacity and simulation studies at numerous major U.S. airports, including Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, John F. Kennedy, Newark Liberty,Orlando, San Francisco, and Seattle-Tacoma, international airports and LaGuardia Airport.

With over 10 years of experience in airport consulting, Chris consistently adds value to client projects through the targeted application of advanced simulation and analysis tools--including Preston Aviation Solutions' Total Airspace and Airport Modeller (TAAM) and FAA's Airport and Airspace Simulation Model (SIMMOD)--two industry-leading airfield simulation models.

Prior Experience:
Chris has been with Leigh Fisher Associates and Jacobs Consultancy for most of his professional career, beginning in 1994. In 1998 and 1999, however, he worked with an aviation consultant firm on airport projects in San Francisco and Orange County, California. In 1999-2000, Chris served as the airline representative on a multidisciplinary project team assembled to plan and design major projects at the two airports.
