Cindy Nichol has 17 years of experience in airport financial and economic analysis, including strategic financial planning, capital program development, and financial feasibility studies for more than $3 billion in bonds, rates and charges analyses, passenger facility charge (PFC) and grant programs, and economic impact studies. Cindy has helped numerous airport operators develop financial policies to address short-term challenges and meet long-term strategic financial goals. She has served for several years as the organizer and leader of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Airport Rates and Charges Workshop and Passenger Facility Charges Workshop. Cindy speaks conversational Spanish and Amharic.

Prior Experience:
Cindy was vice president of a transportation-consulting firm in Washington,

feasibility studies for revenue bond issues.
