18 years of which were in small to large aviation consultancy practices in the
United Kingdom (London) and Canada. Chris is an aeronautical engineer specializing
in master planning, forecasting, and airport operations. His responsibilities
have included forecasting passenger and freight traffic and the resultant facility
requirements at airports within the United Kingdom and overseas, including Europe;
the Caribbean; North, Central, and South America; Asia; and Africa.

Prior Experience:
Chris was Director, Infrastructure Consultancy
Services for the International Air Transport Association (IATA), based in Montreal. He coordinated the
airport and air navigation consultancy services of the Airport Development Team.
He had overall project management responsibilities for all the consultancy projects
undertaken. He co-led Airports and Regulatory, one of the four market
segments in the Commercial Matrix of IATA.. He advised in all areas of contractual
negotiation, project management, resource management, and financial tracking
of major airport consultancy projects undertaken by IATA.
