Boris Loobkoff has more than 30 years of experience in planning airport facilities,
with particular emphasis on programming and planning of passenger terminal buildings
and associated facilities. Boris has participated in planning more than 50 major
passenger terminal developments in a variety of roles. He managed comprehensive
development projects for new terminal complexes and major terminal expansion
programs, supervised the coordination of programming and planning services with
architectural design teams, and directed the preparation of specialized technical
studies, including benefit-cost assessments, passenger demand and flow analyses,
simulations of passenger and baggage volumes, and detailed studies of baggage
systems, aircraft parking layouts and servicing systems, and security and communications
systems.
