Alceste Venturini has over 17 years of transportation planning experience
with an emphasis in airport planning, design, and integrated program management.
He is a civil engineer with over 8 years of extensive experience in terminal,
airfield, and ground transportation facilities planning, including CapEx requirements
and projections, airport privatization, and concessions. His experience includes
participation in air cargo market assessments, airport financial and business
plans, traffic forecasts, airport infrastructure inspections, and hands-on day-to-day
management of airport operations and maintenance. He adds value to projects based
on his extensive Latin American experience with clients and government relations,
and technology transfer synergies between developed and emerging countries. He
is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, and has intermediate Portuguese language

Prior Experience:
As the Planning, Infrastructure Development, and Maintenance Director of
an international private airport operator and investor in Latin America, Alceste
successfully managed master plan development and the subsequent detailed planning,
design, and construction management of the expansion and modernization program
for several international airports in South America.
Earlier, Alceste participated in and managed more than 20 surface transportation
planning and design studies, including highway and urban transportation projects,
for several international cooperation and development agencies at the municipal,
regional, and national levels.
Alceste also participated in the development and implementation of several
civil engineering projects for a major leading Italian construction firm.
